François Picard
Founding partner of PCG Carmon, François Picard has over 30 years of experience in real estate valuation. He has been a member of the Ordre des Évaluateurs Agréés since 1991 and has been recognized as an expert witness at the Administrative Tribunal of Québec and Québec Superior Court for more than 20 years.
As principal advisor, François supervises and conducts all types of real estate appraisal mandates, from residential to commercial, including industrial and institutional, for a number of segments such as insurance, purchase/sale, expropriation, financing, taxation, litigation, recovery, demolition permit applications, loss of acquired rights…
He regularly negotiates compensation for the acquisition/disposal of easements involving large public bodies.
Advocating professional diligence and with a passion for his practice, François stands out when advising and coordinating interventions to guide his clients and team in making decisions and achieving objectives.

Samuel Mant
Samuel has known the real-estate business at a very young age because he participated in many family property projects and worked in construction. Samuel holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a specialization in finance and marketing from HEC Montreal as well as a Certificate in Urban and Real-Estate Management at University Laval.
His career in property valuation began in 2014 when he worked as an intern at PCG Carmon. In 2015, he obtained the title of chartered appraiser. Samuel now works in the Montreal region, Montérégie, as well as Estrie. He has an in-depth expertise of land, residential, multifamily, commercial, and industrial properties.

Real estate analyst within the PCG Carmon team since September 2020, Aurélien holds a DCS in property valuation from the Grasset Institution. He is currently in the process of obtaining his DAR appraiser designation.
With 10 years of experience in the construction field in Europe, he has gained significant technical and practical knowledge.
He will be able to support you in all your residential and multi-residential real estate projects for financing and sales purposes in the Montreal, Montérégie as well as Estrie regions.

Catherine Pagé
Catherine joined the PCG Carmon team in 2019 as a coordinator and senior analyst. She has more than 15 years of experience in property valuation, mainly in the residential field.
She has more than 15 years of experience in property valuation, mainly in the residential field. In addition to her real estate knowledge, Catherine has experience in management, staff training and supervision, which makes her the ideal person in coordinating the office. She takes care of quotes, customer service, training new employees and supervising the quality of the reports.

Claude Dugas
Claude Dugas is a member of the Quebec College of Professional Technologists since 2001. He is a Senior Evaluation Technician at PCG Carmon.
He is distinguished by the expertise he has acquired working in the real estate industry for more than 34 years (expropriation, insurance, financing, etc.).
Already familiar with the construction industry (architecture and estimation), he began his career in valuation with Groupe Leroux Inc. in 1986. In 1993, he became the first employee at PCG Carmon. Mr. Dugas provides a personalized approach that is appreciated by customers.

Estelle holds a DCS in property valuation from the Grasset Institution.
She joined the PCG Carmon team in 2018, as a collaborating technician. Her specialization mainly concerns the residential sector for financing and sale purposes in the Montérégie region.

Hélène Bolduc
Hélène œuvre dans le domaine de l’évaluation depuis 2008 à la suite de l’obtention d’un diplôme en Estimation et évaluation en bâtiment. Depuis 2012, elle est accréditée et membre de CNAREA (Canadian National Association of Real Estate Appraisers). Cela lui permet de travailler de façon autonome en tant que D.A.R. (Designated Appraiser Residential).
Hélène analyse principalement le marché résidentiel des Laurentides ainsi que les terrains vacants.

Iris Benoit
Iris détient un baccalauréat en administration des affaires de l’École des Sciences de la Gestion de l’UQAM. Pendant ces études universitaires, elle a été stagiaire pour la chaire de recherche du CIRAIG et la chaire internationale sur les usages et pratiques de la ville intelligente.
Son expérience en gestion immobilière depuis 4 ans, et son certificat en immobilier l’a amené à être stagiaire et analyste immobilière pour PCG Carmon. Afin d’approfondir ces connaissances, Iris poursuivra en septembre 2022 une maitrise en responsabilité sociale et environnementale sur un projet concernant l’empreinte environnementale des bâtiments du Québec.

Jean-Pierre Goulet
Jean-Pierre worked for Bell Canada for 28 years before reorienting his career towards real estate appraisal. He specializes in the appraisal of unconventional buildings, and his extensive knowledge of construction materials enables him to excel in the assessment of building reconstruction costs for insurance purposes.
His specialization in unique building includes heritage properties and equestrian farms. His assignments mainly involve residential and income-generating properties.

Real Estate Analyst
Josiane Girard
Josiane has over 15 years of professional experience in the real estate field. The skills she has developed, particularly in urban planning, enable her to approach her analyses with a comprehensive understanding of issues such as the zoning authorisation. Her primary involvement lies in conducting assessments of of residential, commercial, income-generating, and industrial properties in the context of succession, litigation, financing, sale, acquisition and easement establishment.
She is currently enrolled in a master’s program in urban planning at Université of Montreal. Josiane has also served as a lecturer at HEC, where she taught the introductory course on real estate appraisal offered to undergraduate finance students.

Kimberly Servius
Kimberly holds a diploma of vocational studies in secretarial studies. Prior to joining the PCG Carmon team, she worked as a legal secretary. Kimberly is tasked with performing various office administrative task. She provides support to employees and managers, takes cares of the daily office needs and responds to client inquiries regarding the services offered.

Lise Riendeau
Lise has many years of experience in accounting and customer service. A loyal collaborator since 2003, Lise is responsible for the office’s accounting. She performs the various tasks related to the accounting cycle including bookkeeping and salary processing. She is also our reference in human resources management.

Marie-Pierre Desmarais-Brunet
Marie-Pierre studied Business administration at HEC Montreal. Working for PCG Carmon, she discovered a passion for general management and various projects. She coordinated the launch of the new management system with distinction.
She is responsible in producing the weekly statistics and other analytics. Her knowledge of French and English helps with the revision and translation of our various needs. Marie-Pierre is a dynamic resource fueled by many challenges and has a great concern for good customer service

Mathieu joined our team at the beginning of 2019. His passion was passed on to him by his family. In fact, Mathieu represents the third generation of appraisers.
He graduated in Business administration at UQAM and is a chartered appraiser as of 2018. His mandate mainly focuses on single and multi-family residential properties. He covers the Laurentians, Lanaudière, Mauricie and greater Montreal regions.

Maxime joined the PCG Carmon team in 2018 as a trainee appraiser following the completion of his certificate in real estate and bachelor’s degree in business administration at UQAM.
He is part of the 2019 graduating class of the Ordre des évaluateurs agréés du Québec. He primarily works on preparing appraisal reports for financing and sales purposes, covering residential, multifamily, commercial, and industrial properties.

Odrée Jodoin
Odrée has been working in real estate for nearly 10 years, starting her career as a real estate broker before returning to school to become a Chartered appraiser. She began her Ordre des évaluateurs agréés du Québec internship with PCG Carmon in September 2021, and has been a Chartered appraiser since 2023.
She is involved in the preparation of appraisal reports for purposes of sales, acquisition, mortgage financing, litigation, and taxation. Her assignments primarily involve residential, multifamily, commercial properties, as well as land, within the Montreal and Montérégie regions.

Patrick Champagne
Analyste immobilier au sein de l’équipe PCG Carmon, Patrick détient un DEC-Technique en Technologie de l’estimation et de l’évaluation en bâtiment du Collège Montmorency depuis 2012.
Ses quatre années d’expérience dans le domaine de l’estimation dans une grande société d’état et ses trois années sur le terrain en évaluation de bâtiment résidentiel lui ont apportées des connaissances techniques et pratiques.
Il saura vous accompagner dans tous vos projets immobiliers résidentiels et multi-résidentiels aux fins de financement et de mise en vente dans la grande région de Montréal.

Robert Lahaie
Robert, Ing. É.A., began his career as an engineer for about fifteen years before shifting towards real estate appraisal. He obtained his Chartered Appraiser’s designation in 1975. As a result, he now has over 43 years experience in the profession.
Both an engineer and a chartered appraiser, he has developed a strong expertise in expropriation and acquisition for various public organizations. He primarily works on assessments of industrial and commercial properties.

Sabrina Lourenco
Sabrina studied real estate law and specialized in real estate expertise while working as a real estate program manager in France. She also studied geography and land use planning. After working for national developers, she decided to leave France to establish herself in Canada.
Sabrina joined the PCG Carmon team during the year 2020 as a real estate analyst. Following the recognition of her competences by the Ordre des évaluateurs agréés du Québec, she was accepted as an intern.
Her passion for real estate and her critical thinking allowed her to join the real estate expertise department, where she participates in the drafting of appraisal reports.
