Our team includes around twenty people. Highly experienced and diverse, our professionals are members of the OÉAQ and AIC. Founding partner of PCG Carmon, François Picard has over 30 years of experience in real estate valuation. He has been a member of the Ordre des Évaluateurs Agréés since 1991 and has been recognized as an expert witness at the Administrative Tribunal of Québec and Québec Superior Court for more than 20 years.
As principal advisor, François supervises and conducts all types of real estate appraisal mandates, from residential to commercial, including industrial and institutional, for a number of segments such as insurance, purchase/sale, expropriation, financing, taxation, litigation, recovery, demolition permit applications, loss of acquired rights…
He regularly negotiates compensation for the acquisition/disposal of easements involving large public bodies.
Advocating professional diligence and with a passion for his practice, François stands out when advising and coordinating interventions to guide his clients and team in making decisions and achieving objectives.
Real estate consultant, Simon offers a multidisciplinary expertise in terms of residential, commercial and industrial properties for tax purposes, mortgage financing, co-ownership studies and for insurance purposes.
Samuel has known the real-estate business since a very young age because he participated in many family property projects and worked in construction. Samuel holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a specialization in finance and marketing from HEC Montreal as well as a Certificate in Urban and Real-Estate Management at University Laval.
His career in property valuation began in 2014 when he worked as an intern at PCG Carmon. In 2015, he obtained the title of chartered appraiser. Samuel now works in the central Montreal neighbourhoods and those on the South Shore of Montreal, where he is from. He has an in-depth expertise of prestigious properties and of multi-unit residences.

Real estate analyst within the PCG Carmon team, Aurélien holds a DCS in property valuation from the Grasset Institution in 2020.
His ten years of experience in the field of construction in Europe have given him technical and practical knowledge.
He will be able to assist you in all your residential and multi-residential real estate projects for financing and sale purposes in the Montreal region.
Catherine joined the PCG Carmon team in 2019 as a coordinator and senior analyst. She has more than 15 years of experience in property valuation, mainly in the residential field.

In addition to her real estate knowledge, Catherine has experience in management, staff training and supervision, which makes her the ideal person in coordinating the office. She takes care of quotes, customer service, training new employees and supervising the quality of the reports.
Claude Dugas is a member of the Quebec College of Professional Technologists since 2001. He is a Senior Evaluation Technician at PCG Carmon.
He is distinguished by the expertise he has acquired working in the real estate industry for more than 34 years (expropriation, insurance, financing, etc.).
Already familiar with the construction industry (architecture and estimation), he began his career in valuation with Groupe Leroux Inc. in 1986. In 1993, he became the first employee at PCG Carmon. Mr. Dugas provides a personalized approach that is appreciated by customers.
Estelle holds a DCS in property valuation from the Grasset Institution.
She joined the PCG Carmon team in 2018, as a collaborating technician. Her specialization mainly concerns the residential sector for financing and sale purposes in the Montérégie region.
Hélène œuvre dans le domaine de l’évaluation depuis 2008 à la suite de l’obtention d’un diplôme en Estimation et évaluation en bâtiment. Depuis 2012, elle est accréditée et membre de CNAREA (Canadian National Association of Real Estate Appraisers). Cela lui permet de travailler de façon autonome en tant que D.A.R. (Designated Appraiser Residential).
Hélène analyse principalement le marché résidentiel des Laurentides ainsi que les terrains vacants.
Having joined the team in 2017, Iryna is responsible for performing a variety of administrative office and secretary tasks. She provides support to managers and employees, meeting the daily needs of the office, managing the general administrative activities of our business and responds to customer inquiries about the offered services.
Having joined the PCG Carmon team in 2017, Isabelle is responsible for the execution of various administrative and secretarial tasks such as meeting the daily needs of the office, the assisting managers as well as other assistants and team members. She also responds to customer inquiries about the services offered by the firm.
D’aussi loin qu’elle se souvient, l’immobilier a toujours fait partie de la vie de Karine. Ayant grandi en Floride, très jeune, elle aidait déjà ses parents dans la remise en état de multi logements, de commerces et de résidences unifamiliales.
Ayant œuvrée plus de 15 ans dans le monde de l’aviation, elle a parallèlement évolué dans le monde de l’immobilier en achetant, en vendant et en louant des propriétés. C’est en 2016 qu’elle a fait le virage en Gestion et Évaluation Immobilière à l’Université du Québec en Outaouais d’où elle a diplômée en 2018. Elle a débuté sa carrière chez PCG Carmon comme stagiaire et analyste en immobilier en février 2020. En juin de la même année, elle a obtenu son Baccalauréat en Administration des Affaires à l’UQO mais sa passion et sa curiosité pour l’immobilier l’amènent à approfondir ses connaissances avec une maîtrise en environnement et en développement durable qu’elle a débuté en septembre 2020 à l’Université de Sherbrooke.
Ke Peng holds a DCS in property valuation from the Grasset Institution.
Prior to joining our team, Ke was a real estate investment advisor for an international firm operating in Australia and in China. Today he joined the PCG Carmon team as a real estate analyst.
His specialization mainly concerns the residential and multi-residential sector for financing and sale purposes in the Montreal region.
Lise has many years of experience in accounting and customer service. A loyal collaborator since 2003, Lise is responsible for the office’s accounting. She performs the various tasks related to the accounting cycle including bookkeeping and salary processing. She is also our reference in human resources management.
Marie-Pierre studied Business administration at HEC Montreal. Working for PCG Carmon, she discovered a passion for general management and various projects. She coordinated the launch of the new management system with distinction.
She is responsible in producing the weekly statistics and other analytics. Her knowledge of French and English helps with the revision and translation of our various needs. Marie-Pierre is a dynamic resource fueled by many challenges and has a great concern for good customer service
Mathieu joined our team at the beginning of 2019. His passion was passed on to him by his family. In fact, Mathieu represents the third generation of appraisers.
He graduated in Business administration at UQAM and is a chartered appraiser as of 2018. His mandate mainly focuses on single and multi-family residential properties. He covers the Laurentians, Lanaudière, Mauricie and greater Montreal regions.
Maxime joined the PCG Carmon team in 2018 as a trainee appraiser following the completion of his certificate in real estate and his bachelor’s degree in Business administration at UQAM.
Newly accredited as a chartered appraiser in 2019, he produces reports for financing and sale of single-family and multi-family properties.

Diplômé de l’Université d’Ottawa, en 1989, avec le grade de baccalauréat en administration, Madame Mylène Robert, É.A. œuvre dans le domaine de l’évaluation immobilière et de la consultation en général depuis 2003. Madame Robert est inscrite au tableau de l’Ordre des évaluateurs agréés du Québec depuis novembre 2008. À titre de directrice – expertise immobilière au sein de la firme PCG Carmon, Madame Robert bénéficie d’une vaste expérience tant dans le domaine de l’expertise commerciale et industrielle que dans le domaine de la négociation, de l’expropriation et de témoignage devant la Cour Supérieure du Québec.
Madame Robert compte plus de 17 années d’expérience en évaluation immobilière, plus particulièrement dans l’analyse de la valeur marchande aux fins d’acquisition, disposition, financement, expropriation, recouvrement, partage, fiscalité et litige. Au fil des ans, Madame Robert a acquis une expertise dans la confection de rapports d’évaluation à des fins d’acquisition de servitudes ou de droits absolus. Dans le cadre de ses fonctions, elle est souvent appelée à rencontrer divers intervenants; propriétaires, locataires, corps publics, afin de négocier de gré à gré, les indemnités à verser à des fins d’acquisition de gré à gré ou par voie d’expropriation.
De plus, plusieurs clients mandataires ont développés une relation d’affaires professionnelle avec Madame Robert et l’engage à titre de consultante à des fins d’investissements immobiliers pour tout genre d’immeubles, vagues ou construits, et de différents types. Elle procède souvent à la rédaction d’études de faisabilité ou de marché en lien avec des projets de développement locatif ou autres, dans un contexte d’utilisation optimale.
Madame Mylène Robert, É.A. a réalisé plusieurs mandats de négociations et de rencontres de propriétaires en collaboration avec Hydro-Québec.

Sabrina studied real estate law and specialized in real estate expertise, while working as a real estate program manager in France. She also studied geography and land use planning. After working for national developers, she decided to leave France for Canada and take up the challenge of integrating socially but also professionally.
Sabrina joined the PCG Carmon team at the end of 2020 as a real estate analyst.
Her passion for real estate and her critical thinking enables her to join the real estate expertise department where she provides support in the drafting of appraisal reports.
Torida Té holds a bachelor’s degree in Business administration from the School of Management Sciences at UQAM. He began his career as an appraiser for Raymond, Joyal, Cadieux, Paquette & Associés Ltée in 2006.
In 2019, Torida joined the PCG Carmon team as a senior appraiser. Working in the field of real estate appraisal for more than a decade, Torida Té has extensive experience in the valuation of residential, commercial and industrial properties.
His areas of interest are the valuation for the purpose of capital gain, inheritance, financing, insurance value and other types of consultation. He has developed an expertise in the appraisal for insurance values, land values, estimates of loss of physical value following a disaster and other types of properties for various purposes (litigation, review of municipal assessment, expropriation, previous value, family patrimony sharing, etc.).
